Trade regulations & chamber membership
The company’s object — the holding and management of participations and its own assets — constitutes the administration of the company’s own assets (Vermögensverwaltung) and is not a regulated trade under the Austrian Trade Act (Gewerbeordnung, GewO). Accordingly, there is no membership of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (WKO) and no trade supervisory authority. Relevant Austrian legislation is available at ris.bka.gv.at.
